How to Reach Us 24 hours a Day
In a life-threatening emergency, Call 911 or proceed to the emergency room of the nearest hospital.
We have an automated telephone system to quickly route your call to the appropriate area. If you know the extension you need, you can enter it as soon as you hear the message.
0 - Emergencies
310 - The phone nurses, advice, if you don't need to come in, or need help deciding.
311 - The front desk for appointments for today.
312 - The front desk for future appointments.
210 - The insurance desk.
201 - Billing issues
258 - The prescription refill line.

Please have CALL BLOCK TURNED OFF so that we can return your call.
Please take into consideration that AFTER HOURS and on weekends, the physician is at home and does NOT have your child's medical records with him/her. To ensure accuracy, we cannot call in narcotics or pain medications after hours.
After 10 PM, the physician may be asleep. If you have a TRUE EMERGENCY, please call at any time. If your question is not urgent, please call during office hours.
