During office hours, call our office. Identify yourself and state that it is an EMERGENCY so that we may act promptly.

After hours and on the weekends, an answering service is available. Please limit your after hours call to emergencies only. In the event that you have a severe emergency, proceed to the Elkhart General Hospital emergency room, or call 911.

If you call the answering service for an emergency, please make this clear to the operator, who will call the doctor who is on call.

After hours:
When the office is closed, we are always available through our answering service.

Please have call block turned OFF for our doctors to return your call.

Please be aware that AFTER HOURS and on weekends the physician is at home and does NOT have your child's medical record. To ensure accuracy, we cannot call in narcotics or pain medications after hours.
After 10 PM the physician may be asleep. If you have a TRUE EMERGENCY, please call at any time. If your question is not urgent, please call during office hours.
