You may want to have your "own" regular doctor for check-ups and
scheduled events. However, in emergency situations or for sick visits,
you may be seen by another of our physicians or nurse practitioners if
your doctor is unavailable.
We encourage you to meet and occasionally schedule your visits with
the other physicians or nurse practitioners. This way you and your
child can become familiar with all of our staff and they will in turn
know your child and his/her medical problems. We are a "team"
practice. Only one doctor does hospital rounds each day, but we
schedule time every day to discuss hospitalized children with all of the
physicians.

Upon arrival at our office, the parents will be asked to provide a
PHOTO ID and current INSURANCE CARD for scanning.

We have TWO Waiting Areas, one for sick children and one for well
kids. We encourage you to confine your child to the appropriate area
to reduce potential infection exposure.

WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON BEING ABLE TO SEE MOST SICK
CHILDREN THE SAME DAY THE PARENT CALLS FOR AN
APPOINTMENT. Please help us by calling early in the day if you have a
sick child that may need to be seen.

PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS for school or camp can be made at any
time. Kindergarten physicals must be done after January 1 of the year
the child will enter Kindergarten. Athletic Physicals must be made
after April 1st to be accepted for sports for the following school year.

LATE AND MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICIES: We have a 15 minute
late policy, after which you may be asked to reschedule.
Appointments are made up to 3 months in advance. If you are unable
to keep an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. There
are penalties for missed appointments when we are not notified 2
hours in advance.
