How to Reach Us 24 hours a Day
In a life-threatening emergency, Call 911 or proceed to the emergency room of the nearest hospital.
We have an automated telephone system to quickly route your call to the appropriate area. If you know the extension you need, you can enter it as soon as you hear the message.
0 - Emergencies
310 - The phone nurses, advice, if you don't need to come in, or need help deciding.
311 - The front desk for appointments for today.
312 - The front desk for future appointments.
210 - The insurance desk.
201 - Billing issues
258 - The prescription refill line.
Even though we have 13 phone lines you may have to wait for the phone nurses, especially on Mondays and early in the morning. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

Please have call block turned OFF for our doctors to return your call.
When you call after hours the doctors expect that you have an emergency. Please wait until office hours to call regarding non-emergency issues. When you call the answering service, they should tell you that if you have not been called back within an hour you should call back. Occasionally reception is bad or the pagers malfunction and the doctor does not get your call. We want to know this, so please call back if the doctor has not called you within 1 hour. Tell the service that this is your second call.
