Appointments
You may want to have your "own" regular doctor (or their nurse practitioner) for check-ups and scheduled events. However, from time to time, in emergencies and for sick visits, you may be seeing the other doctors when your doctor is not available. We encourage you to meet, perhaps occasionally schedule your visits, with the other physicians and nurse practitioners. In this way, you can get to know and become familiar with them, and they will know your child and all significant medical problems.
We have a number of office policies which help us to meet your needs and keep our practice organized and focused on patient care. These policies cover late patients, missed appointments and payment issues. At your first visit your will receive copies of these, and we encourage you to ask for further information if any of our policies ar unclear.
Upon arrival at our office you will find that we have two waiting areas. Ill children should enter through the sick waiting area. All others should enter through the main entrance. Once inside, please register at the front desk.
Appointments are made up to three months in advance. If, at any time, you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible.
Kindergarten physicals can be made January 1 of the year the child will enter kindergarten. School, camp, athletic and yearly physicals can be made any time.
We will make every attempt to see your sick child the day he or she is ill. We ask that you call the office early in the morning so that we can meet your needs.
